A private administrative tool operated by Jim Marchbank for Youth Read Sacred Texts Worldwide.
What this tool does
The tool reads the source files and manifest of the designated Sacred Texts Google Apps Script project, creates a dated ZIP archive, and saves it in a private Google Drive folder. Each upload is checked for file size, checksum, and sharing status. A daily backup is scheduled for approximately 4 a.m. Central.
This is an administrator-only tool. Scouts, families, and program participants do not need to sign in or authorize it.
Limits
The archive contains code and its manifest. It does not separately back up registration spreadsheets, forms, script properties, triggers, or external assets. The tool does not modify or execute the source project and does not send program emails.
